A one-of-a-kind botanical art sculpture hand made by Hailey Sunshine.
This piece features an upcycled Japanese ceramic tea cup, finished in an iridescent pearlescent glaze with traditional dragon detailing. 
Rising from the cup is a floating preserved-flower bouquet, sculpted from:
•2 light orange Daylilies 
•1 pink Carnation 
•3 pink Roses 
Each flower is hand picked & then dried for two weeks in silica gel. I delicately remove each flower from the sand , clean them and begin the next process.
Now each petal is lightly painted with resin before each flower is  individually dipped - giving it its shiny exterior and its natural shape /color.
